You Can See The Career You Want. You Just Don’t Know The Route In.
Maybe you’ve watched other hairstylists working backstage at Fashion Week.
You’ve seen the shoots.
The editorials.
The campaigns.
The creative teams.
And somewhere along the way you’ve thought…
“I’d love to do that.”
Followed very quickly by…
“But how do I actually get there?”
Who do you approach?
What do you need before you approach them?
How do people get their first opportunities?
What are people actually looking for?
How do you know if you’re ready?
And how do you go from getting one opportunity to actually building a career?
These are the questions nobody really answers when you train as a hairdresser.
And that can leave incredibly talented people standing on the outside of the session industry with absolutely no idea how to start getting in.
That’s why I created this free training.
SHOW ME THE ROADMAPWhat If You’re Closer Than You Think?
You might be thinking:
I don’t have any session experience.
I don’t know anyone in the industry.
My work is mainly salon based.
I wouldn’t know who to contact.
I’m not sure my skills are good enough yet.
I don’t live in London.
Or simply…
I have absolutely no idea where to start.
That doesn’t mean session work isn’t for you.
It means you need to understand what your starting point actually is.
And that’s what I’m going to help you identify in this training.
GET INSTANT ACCESSThere’s A Lot About Session Work Nobody Tells You
How do the people already doing it actually get those opportunities?
What makes someone take notice of one hairstylist over another?
What should you be working on before you start approaching people?
Who are the people you should actually be connecting with?
What matters when you finally get that first opportunity?
Why do some people get invited back while others don’t?
And when you’re starting out, how do you know which opportunities are genuinely worth saying yes to?
These are the things I wish somebody had explained to me when I was trying to find my own way into the industry.
And they’re exactly what we’re going to start unpacking inside this free training.
This Isn’t About Waiting Until You Feel “Ready”
One of the easiest things to do is keep waiting.
Waiting until your work is better.
Waiting until you have more experience.
Waiting until you know the right people.
Waiting until somebody gives you an opportunity.
But what if there are things you could be doing right now?
Things that could start changing how you position yourself.
How people see your work.
Who you connect with.
How prepared you are when an opportunity does come.
You don’t need to have your entire session career figured out
today.
You just need to know your next move.
And that’s what I want to give you.
SHOW ME WHERE TO START
Hey, I’m Karoliina
I’ve been in the hair industry for over 30 years.
I run my own salon, I’m a session stylist, and for the last 12 years I’ve worked across fashion shows, editorial, campaigns and commercial shoots.
But I didn’t start out knowing how this industry worked.
Nobody handed me the roadmap.
I had to learn what mattered, what didn’t, how opportunities happened and what made people want to work with you again.
And now one of the questions I’m asked more than almost anything else is:
“How do I actually get my first session job?”
So I created the training I wish I’d had when I was trying to answer that question for myself.
No vague advice.
No telling you to simply “put yourself out there.”
Just practical education based on what I’ve learned from actually building a career in this industry.
Ready To Find Out What Your Next Move Should Be?
You don’t need an impressive list of credits.
You don’t need to already be working at Fashion Week.
And you certainly don’t need to have everything figured out.
But if you’re serious about exploring session work, you do need to understand how to start moving towards it.
