Karoliina has 32 years of experience within the industry and education. By creating KSHD education, Karoliina offers a platform where she can bring her wealth of knowledge directly to you. Sharing is caring right?! Here we offer education, from one to one sessions to group sessions. You can personalise your training programs as you wish or join virtual sessions on line, also a video course is an option if you prefer learning at your own leisure. The courses we offer are cutting fundamentals Creative cutting, Styling fundamentals and our signature course Salon to Session.
About Karoliina
My Hairdressing career started age 15 and I have been fortunate enough to experience many of the Exciting avenues and opportunities within our industry. From behind the chair to management, then becoming a salon owner. My career has placed me on both sides of the camera, working on photoshoots. I have travelled the world working back stage with some of the biggest names in hair and fashion, like Guido Palau, Eugene Souleiman, Gary Gill and Anthony Turner and it’s allowed me the privilege of passing my experience on to others via teaching and education. Education is a huge part of who I am and as I have had such a fulfilling career, I now want to help others to go forward with theirs.
